The methodology differs from Siemens methodology since it is based upon implementing Soarian in an optimal “setup”. Soarian is driven by numerous masterfiles that define how the system works. Through AHS’s hands on experience, AHS in conjunction with its clients has defined the optimal setup for the Soarian masterfiles.

Activity Based Benchmarking for Centralization Benefit Realization

AHS in conjunction with Total Benchmark Solution, LLC (TBS) www.totalbenchmarksolution.com has developed a modeling capability to model the cost and Full Time Equivalents (FTE) reductions that can be achieved with an optimal implementation of Soarian in a multi-entity healthcare systems.
