FPS will be the premier Merchant Card Processing Provider in our market space. This means we will make every effort to help the customer. If we are unable to help a customer they will understand we did everything possible to help. Terms such as “empathy for the customer” or “customer advocate” are applicable and relevant. We need to determine the needs of our customers, then work backwards to figure out how to meet those needs.
