•Integrated Teams are established in situations where clients seek to enhance their delivery capacity or delivery capabilities by integrating Coherent Solutions’ resources into their teams on a long-term basis. All of Coherent Solutions’ services can be delivered by Integrated Teams.

•Managed Services arrangements can be provided in those instances where clients seek to secure maintenance and support services for legacy systems (maintenance and support can also be delivered within Integrated Team engagement structures).
