In short, we are a full service recruitment outsourcing firm for the public prime contractor business sector.

Our management consulting services and products primarily support people screening efforts which identify terrorist motivation and intent; detect suspicious behavior; and assist planners with community preparedness, incident response and recovery.

We do this through applying human factors engineering technologies, processes and services that address specific occupations and activities which occur in extreme environments, such as military operations, police, firefighting, emergency response/disaster management, hazardous materials handling/disposal, search and rescue, and emergency medical services. Extreme environments are defined as settings that possess extraordinary physical, psychological, and interpersonal demands that require significant human adaptation for survival and performance.
