Where We Started

David J. Melville, a graduate of Boston College and The Harvard Business School Executive Education Program founded Winter, Wyman & Company in 1972. Interested candidates must possess a college degree, superior interpersonal and communication skills with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork and integrity at least one of the following:

· 2+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience;
· 3+ years of related experience in one of the above specialties
· 3+ years of sales experience focused on one of the above fields
