About Our Team
isoutsource.com® has built a team of industry certified engineers who understand information technology solutions and the specific needs of small and medium sized businesses. Our senior management team combines technical experience and expertise with business acumen and insight to deliver the most effective IT solutions for our clients’ business needs.

Dan Hay, President / CEO
Dan brings to isoutsource.com® nearly twenty years of consulting and product management experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining isoutsource.com®, Dan worked at Microsoft, where he most recently led the product management team for the Visio business. Dan also drove the launch of the Visual Studio .NET enterprise tools business. Before focusing on product management, he managed professional services engagements with key enterprise customers, delivering custom development applications with emerging Microsoft technologies. Before his achievements at Microsoft, Dan founded and lead a small business in Seattle, focusing on ERP consulting and custom application development. Dan earned his B.A. degree in economics from the University of Washington.

Tony Lesirge
Senior Consultant & Team Leader

Tony has over 10 years experience in the technology industry, the last 6 of which have been spent in the small and medium business networking sector. Prior to joining isoutsource.com®, Tony worked in London, England for Lanmark Technical Services. In his role as Senior Consultant there he managed a team of consultants and network engineers working with clients and on projects across the UK and Europe. Before moving in to consultancy Tony worked at one of the UK's top 5 market research companies as a team member in a large IT department focusing on VMS, UNIX, Novell and Windows systems. Tony graduated from Brighton University, UK with a BA Honors degree in Computing and Information Systems. Tony is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Mike Cook
Senior Consultant & Team

Mike has 12 plus years experience in the industry, the last seven of which have been at isoutsource.com®. Mike was hired as the third consultant at isoutsource.com® and brought his strong technical ability and dedication to client satisfaction, helping grow the company to where it is today. Prior to isoutsource.com®, Mike did freelance consulting in the small business sector. Before working in consulting, Mike was employed by ADT Security Services where he established himself as a leader and was promoted to a key position operating and maintaining the technology behind ADT's Seattle Central Monitoring Center. Mike is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
